Exercise for rehabilitation of Plantar Fasciitis

In this clip Dr. Spina discusses the application of a Progressive Angular Isometric Loading (P.A.I.L.’s) exercise for the management of plantar fasciitis (fasciosis).   The technique allows the practitioner access to progressive ranges of motion in order to provide a more complete fascial release with treatment, as well as trains the nervous system to function in increasing angles of motion.
